The question that decides a commercial overhead door is how many times a day it moves. A dock door cycling forty times a day and a warehouse door cycling four hundred are different products, and specifying the cheaper one is how a building ends up replacing a door in year three.

We install new construction and replace in place, and we service doors somebody else installed.

- Photo eyes, reversing sensing edges, manual release, and documented periodic testing.

- Planned maintenance on springs, cables, rollers, tracks and operators — the parts that fail without warning.
