Parking access and revenue control, live
Run a vehicle through an entry and exit lane, then look at the same garage the way an owner does: occupancy and revenue, parker profiles, reports, and the app a customer uses to reserve and pay.

Every vehicle that enters is a credential decision and every vehicle that leaves is a payment decision. The arm stays down until the credential clears. Send one through each lane.

What the parker sees
The customer-facing side of a parking access and revenue control system: find the garage, reserve a bay, and let the plate open the gate. No ticket, no pay station queue.
- Reserve ahead. A bay is held against the plate for the arrival window.
- Plate as credential. The LPR camera reads it at entry; the gate lifts without a ticket.
- Pay in the app. Charged on exit, receipt issued instantly.
- Find my car. Level and aisle from the last aisle-camera read.
- Validation. A tenant or clinic applies validation to the plate, not to a paper ticket.
Every one of these is the same data the owner dashboard runs on — one system, two audiences.

Reserve a bayWhy parking control and guidance belong together
The access system knows how many vehicles entered; the guidance system knows which bays are free. Run them separately and the entrance sign and the revenue report disagree. Run them together and the count is one number.
Ticketless is a data decision
Replacing the ticket with a plate read removes the dispenser, the jam, and the lost-ticket transaction. It also means every entry is already matched to a vehicle for enforcement and find-my-car.
What owners actually check
Occupancy against capacity, revenue against the same day last week, and whether any lane is down. Everything else is analysis; those three are the morning look.
